Good morning all.
Well we had the mother of all thunder and lightening storms with torrential rain in the early hours of yesterday but woke to a beautiful day. It was a lovely drive over the Borders onto the M6 for our trip south then about Preston the heavens opened and it was torrential rain all the way to Trentham. At 9pm last night we had gorgeous sunshine and blue skies!! Typical British weather!
Hopefully I'll catch up with some commenting in the next day or so.

Off to join Erika with my golden oldie this morning...just a bit of fun, but it's good to look back and see how much our crafting has moved on.
2009 was the year and this was a card for my nephew. Sentiment stamp was possibly Papermania but I've recycled the block so can't swear to it. The golf and football stamps came in a rather large boxful from QVC. Ribbon and button were recycled from a gift box.
A wonderful male card Carol and great oldie to share with us today. Hope the weather is kind to you this week.

ReplyDeleteHi Carol,
ReplyDeletesuper Oldie for Friday.
What a great male creation, and I just love anything that is black and white.
Fab designing as always.

great oldie carol - congrats on your win too - I think it was artistic stamper - big hugs Rachelx
ReplyDeleteGlad the weather eased up so that you can enjoy your adventure time. It's always scary having to drive when the roads are wet and visibility is poor. Loving this dramatic black & white sports cards. You always have just the right images for someone's particular loves in the way of sports motifs. I know he loved this one. TFS & have fun. Hugs
ReplyDeleteGreat male card Carol & a fab oldie to share. Hope you're having fun!

Oh I can't believe I missed this Carol, I am sorry, I did check over but probably before you posted and since then I've been away from the puter.
ReplyDeleteA super man card, a perfect footballer theme.
Thanks for sharing an oldie with me, take care and happy crafting, hugs Erika. x
