Woke up with a cracking sore throat this morning and now I'm streaming.........just dosed with paracetamol and now drinking hot honey and lemon before I go to bed.
Spent the evening getting messy in the craft room. Bought a brayer from Joanna Sheen this week (amongst other things) and decided to try it out. Believe me when I say I'd absolutely no idea what I was doing but I decided to follow Tara's tutorial on how to do a mirror image and also to brayer my Big and Juicy ink pad. After several practises I ended up with this using a Words with Honey stamp and masking a section with a deckled edge nestie rectangle waste then brayering with a big and juicy ink pad:
Not perfect but I thought not bad for someone who didn't know what the heck she was doing!
Also made this with a new Clarity stamp and a bit of masking:

Well done on the brayering - it is scary the first time! You went solo, I waited til the B Gray workshop I went on - I just love what you achieved. Great star card too.

Your first card is fabulous Carol. The brayer and me are not terribly well acquainted which is something I should remedy.
