Blue Christmas


Stamp is from Joanna Sheen and it is stamped and embossed on acetate then coloured on the reverse with promarkers to highlight the hats and scarves. Card is finished with some velvet ribbon and a peel off sentiment.

Challenges entered:
Less is More - take 3
Week 11 acetate, week 12 off centre, week 22 shades of blue (to name 3)
Christmas Stampin All Year Round - mono
Creative Belli - acetate or vellum
Your Next Stamp - song inspiration (Blue Christmas)

    I'm impressed that you actually CHOSE to use acetate Carol!
    It's a cute card, although personally I'm not sure about the ribbon.

    acetate is something I dont use and it does give a great effect, a gorgeous card.

    The white embossed acetate looks so cool overlaid on the white background. Terrific technique, especially for a winter card. So happy you joined in the fun with the Simon Says teams on our Stamptember blog hop. Good luck with the prize drawings.
