Christmas Card Club "Reindeer"

Good morning all...a day late but what's 24 hours between friends??

Lorraine gave us the topic "Reindeer" this time and here is my make.

Typically I'd used my last reindeer topper, so this time I picked up my stamp box and found this fairly recent purchase from Woodware sitting waiting to be used. I decided I wanted to do some heat embossing but wasn't sure how well it would work...I was pleasantly surprised how crisp the image turned out. The image was then simply matted and layered with dies from Spellbinders and Lawn Fawn.

You'll find a list of the ladies in my sidebar if you'd like to see what they made.

  12. Hi Carol, that is a lovely stamp! Love how you've matted and layered it. Funny how techniques come and go in popularity, isn't it? I've just been doing some heat embossing- first time for ages too. Hugs, Shaz xx
