Distressed

Me and my card lol Two posts and all the changes I made to the blog yesterday remain disappeared - do I redo them or wait a while longer to see whether they return - that is the question?
Anyway here is one from last night:
The distressed backing papers are from Costco, image from Sugar Nellie has been coloured with promarkers. Doiley is Italian Flourish from Cheery Lyn Dies. Card is finished with a tag, buttons and pearls from my stash.
And the inside has been decorated to match.

Challenges entered:
Sugar Bowl - sketch plus optional distressed
Creative Inspiration - decorate inside
DYSU - add a tag
Rainbow Lady - texture
Cute Card Thursday - distressing
Digi Doodle Shop - pink and blue
Shelly's Image Blog - bling is a girls best friend

One for the bit box!!!

You decide lol!!!
This started as a "great idea" but I didn't think it worked so pulled it apart and changed the topper but I still don't like it - let me know what you think (honestly lol).
This is the original card which showed Custard eating the flowers from the lovely garden (Joanna Sheens Cottage Garden CD)
This is the second version:

I've used a PATP matt again for this card and the backing papers are from Papercraft 4 You. The bottom matting paper had the black border so I matted the other papers onto some black stardream from my bit box. Both stamps are from Sugar Nellie and have been coloured with promarkers. The card is finsihed with some buttons, a pearly bow tie, ribbon and I've highlighted the dotty paper with a Sakura gelly roll pen to add sparkle.
The challenges this card was made for are:
The Sugar Bowl - Sketch and buttons
Stamp Something - Recipe of flowers, buttons and sparkle
Creative Inspirations - Pets/Animals

Remember ladies I want you to be brutally honest with me!!

Sum Bunny Loves Ya

Hi everyone, hope you're having a good day. This is my card for The Sugar Bowl challenge of Purple and Green with a sketch to follow - this is the challenge I was getting mixed up with the other day with my ribbon weaving card and it's taken me days to get my head around doing it again!!

The image is a stamp from Sugar Nellie and I've had one heck of a job colouring it in.....I think this is my fourth attempt.......and I finally decided it was to be a white Easter Bunny! I've used promarkers for colouring in. Backing paper is from HOTP and I've used nesties and a Cheery Lynn Design doiley for matting and layering the image. Card is finished with some funky fibres and a couple of buttons tied with thread.
I'm also entering this card in the following challenges:
Kaboodle Doodles - Cute and Cuddly Animals
Simon Says Stamp - For a Child
Paper Play Challenges - Critters Galore
