Predominantly Black

Good morning all.

I hope you've all enjoyed your Easter weekend...we've had a quiet one here, apart from our visitors on Sunday. Another lovely day yesterday, hope it lasts!

A quick Christmas card to share today.

Stamp from Penny Black, stamped in versamark and heat embossed with black detail EP. I elongated a Spellbinders die to cut out the image then attached it to the base card with foam tape. Finished with a few sequins from Pretty Pink Posh.

Challenges entered:
Less is More - predominantly black
Completely Christmas - black and white
Jingle Belles - caroling caroling now we go
CHNC Extra - anything Christmas goes
Holly Jolly Christmas Challenge - feature a creature

  22. Oh my goodness...another stunning Christmas card! Love this image...

Just having a wee catch up on your blog. We have finally finished in the house (other than a few new accessories I need to go on a shopping trip for).
We have started putting in the garden and although it is teensy, it turns out to be rock hard clay soil. DH is using a pick axe to get holes large enough to plant the trees. and shrubs! Then all the discarded clay soil has to be shovelled up and hauled away. Of course we can not find anyone to hire for such a small job...so DH is doing it all himself and I am helping with the lighter work....Have been too tired at night to get round to visit...
