Christmas Card Club "Anything Goes"

Good morning all.
Off out for a family lunch today so Gary can see everyone before he leaves tomorrow. I'm not sure which one of us has the biggest butterflies at the moment...I know mine are huge!!

It's also time for our first challenge of the year over at the Christmas Card Club, it was Sylvie's turn to choose the theme this time and she's been kind and said "Anything Goes!".

My image is a recycled money holder, cut with a Spellbinder die and mounted onto the corresponding fancy die which I've just bought in the sales...though I do wish they'd size them all properly!! Backing paper, sentiment and ribbons are from my stash (the red ribbon being recycled off this year's crackers). The embossing folder is from Couture Creations.

Kept flat for posting and this year I'm determined to have inserts  made with the card! I've also bought a new Penny Black sentiment stamp for the purpose.

You'll find the rest of the girls listed on my sidebar if you'd like to pop over and see their creations.

Challenges entered:
CHNC - recycle
CHNC Extra - anything Christmas goes
A Gem of a Challenge - something new
Winter Wonderland - teddy bears
Jingle Belles - something old, something new

  12. Hope you have a wonderful family lunch out.

Your card is so sweet. Your new stacking die is lovely and enjoyed reading that you were able to UPcycle two items onto your card. Bravo!

Sweet card Carol...that little bear is a cutie. You and I are both pledging to finish the insides of our cards this year. We shall have to keep each other going with it...lol You snowflake corner cuts are a great way to decorate the inside...hope you will not mind if I try something like that too!.
